SALES REPORT WITH STATISTICS
Your assigned Sales Agent will pitch your product to potential new buyers according to your target. It can be stores or major e-commerce retailers. You’ll get weekly reports of which companies are contacted AND contracted. Names, emails, phone numbers as well as annotations. “signed”  “interested later”  “not interested”. In addition, your dedicated Sales Agent will send you feedback with the perception of your product in that territory, which can give you precious information to later adjust your product to the market that you are expanding to. Sometimes a country’s cultural differences mean adjustments.


EMAIL SUPPORT
The Sales Agent will also be responsible for support. For this feature, our Sales Agent will use one of your company’s email addresses, example: sales06@yourcompany.com  This in order to project the perfect image with the right domain name. We don’t want to confuse your new clients. After all, we don’t want to brand our company, but yours! You will have full control of all emails exchanged with all clients and buyers on your server, so you see what is going on.  This gives our clients 100% transparency and the possibility to stop this service if you’re not satisfied without confusing the clients with a new contractor and new email address the next month.


PHONE SUPPORT
A dedicated French number is provided by our Sales Agent for your new resellers to reach support from 8:00 to 18:00.

EXHIBITION SUPPORT PACK

Participating in a fair such as Maison et Objet in Paris means huge opportunities. But it often means stress and complications, especially in France… Even if you have your check-list, you always forget something and sometime just a single cable can ruin your day and that’s simply not something you can afford when you have a serious budget for a large stand. Thanks to our experience we are capable of handling any project and any situation. We know Paris and we can solve and assist you with all your needs. One Sales and Support Agent will assist you all the way. From hotel bookings (from our list of trusted hotels) before the fair to the nice dinner in a Parisian bistrot (that we know is excellent) for your team to conclude your success at the fair.


TRADE FAIR SUPPORT
Don’t worry, prior to the fair we will provide support to make sure that everything runs smoothly. We know the people; we know what you should think about.  An assigned agent will follow up your registration at the fair for the admin part and assist you with the eventual technical needs and happenings. Catering organization, furniture rental, prints, etc…


TRADE FAIR SALES
If you don’t have staff that speaks French, you might miss great opportunities. Our Sales and Support agent will be present from 9:00 to 20:00 during the entire period (5 days) and take all orders for you in various languages.  In addition, we can provide you with extra French sales if you have a large stand, so you don’t have to fly your own staff and pay for hotel rooms and plane tickets.  We usually ask our clients to have a half or full day of training prior to the fair to brief the sales team.


FREE FEATURES
