Food and Wine Incentive Activities for groups in Paris

Make the best out of your group trip or conference in Paris. We will help you organise food and wine incentive activities on site or let us tailor a conference package where these are included along with hotels, rooms, restaurant meals and transport. Here are some samples of our activities where food and drink are the focus. Food markets, cooking classes, oysters, champagne picnics, trips to Bordeaux and Normandy, and much more… In addition, discover our other activities in the following categories: Culture & Guided Tours and Sports & Leisure. Please contact us for more information about the minimum number of participants, cost and times.

Pétanque & Picnic

A team building activity that is perfect to kick off the trip with. At the foot of the Eiffel Tower awaits a pétanque court and our instructor for the day. Before the game starts, we learn the rules, tactics and tricks for the French national sport of pétanque. When we have finished, and the winner has received his prize, we partake in the sumptuous picnic tables that are nicely laid out in the grass. Wine, baguettes, quiches, cheeses, pastries, meats and many other French delicacies.

Cooking Class

Gather the group together for a team building cooking activity. Down by the Seine is this cozy cooking studio with two kitchens with space for 20 people. Your French chef makes sure to put everyone to work together when you cook a traditional three-course French lunch. The activity ends with everyone serving the meal at a long table at the window facing the Seine and eating together. (duration is bout 3 hours)

Restaurants Meals

Successfully reserving a table for a large group is difficult in Paris, not to mention knowing where to go… But don’t worry. We’ll take you to our favorite places where we know that you will be well cared for and the food is extraordinary. Experience an authentic French brasserie far away from the tourist traps. White tablecloths, silver and waiters in starched aprons standing at your beck and call. Or a rustic eatery that doesn’t advertise its sign on the street. Or the trendiest French cuisine with views stretching across Paris. As a quality assurance, we always taste the menus before you do.

Dinner Cruise

Perhaps the most beautiful (and easiest) way to see Paris from the water. Jump on board and glide down the Seine , while the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, St Germain and the 37 bridges pass by. The activity can be combined with a lunch or dinner with entertainment on board.

French Food Markets

Experience Paris’ oldest market like real Parisians do. You come to the prepared table in the countryside where you can sample the traditional and exquisite delicacies from the market while our guide will give you an introduction to the great culinary regions of France. After that, we go around the market and meet our favourite retailers.

Extraordinary
Macarons

Become a master of the macaron, the colorful delicious French pastry that has become extremely popular worldwide. In two hours, we will teach you how to bake two different varieties. From meringue batter until they are in the gift box that you get to take home with you.

Cheese and Wine tasting

Forget the cheese and wine tasting in a drab basement. We serve wine and cheese in the middle of the bustling market street of rue Montorgueil in our favourite cheese and wine shop. Each cheese is served with a new wine, and this way you get a journey through France’s different regions. We begin with the nicest cheese and finish off with Epoisse, Napoleon’s favourite…

Oyster and Champagne tasting

Whether you’ve never dared to try, or you are a genuine oyster enthusiast, this is an experience for all lovers of life. Learn everything there is to know about this sea delicacy, from how to open it to how they can best be enjoyed. The answer is of course – with lots of crisp champagne! A perfect activity before dinner.

French Apéritif

Or as the French themselves say, l’apéro, is both an enjoyable and inevitable part of French life. The French love their aperitif, this relaxed break where people gather before dinner to discuss politics, gossip , weather and the day’s events. We’ll try pastis, kir, rosé and other fine drinks accompanied by cured meats, snacks and crispy baked delights.

Normandy Escape

Normandy is one of France’s culinary regions. You will ride away in the morning before the Parisians awaken. In just 90 minutes you will have travelled from the city of light to the lush green countryside of Normandy, along the roads to farm producers of calvados, cider and cheeses. During the trip, our guide will tell you short stories of Normandy’s fascinating history from the Vikings, Joan of Arc to the D-Day. The first stop is at a calvados farm where Anette and Pierre receive you to show off their farm production, and of course, have you taste their products. We ride along the winding roads of the countryside and the next sign says Camembert … You have the option to enjoy an overnight stay and dinner at sea: We make a last stop at one of the beaches where US troops landed in 1945, where we are told the dramatic story of one of the darkest chapters in the history of the world before we conclude with a dinner at a seaside restaurant. Right nearby is our hotel where you fall asleep almost next the waves. The early risers have time to enjoy a long walk along the beach before the bus takes us back to Paris the next morning.

Champagne Escape

Taittinger, Veuve Clicquot , Mumm, Moët & Chandon… Less than an hour from Paris, you find yourself in the world’s most prestigious wine regions. Your journey to the heart of the Champagne territory starts with a world-renowned champagne house, and a personal tour of the vineyard and the wine cellars. Learn the ”art of drinking champagne” while the house offers its best batch. We drive on to a small local producer where we get the chance to sample the production and drinks before the hosts serve a homemade meal with consistently flowing champagne. On both farms you can shop for your home .

Bordeaux Escape

Four hours south of Paris, Bordeaux – a must for all wine lovers! You will go from the stately palaces and the traditional wine houses to small-scale wineries where grapes are still harvested by hand. We fill the days with tastings, tours of the wine cellars and gastronomic meals where we get a lesson in the art of combining food and wine. Each winery offers the possibility to take some of their goods home. You also get the chance to visit the charming surroundings with their medieval villages and fertile landscapes.
